Mr. Neal has 12 years of experience in the materials testing industry. Hix experience primarily involves performing and reporting results for tests such as Proctor, California Bearing Ratio, Atterberg Limit, Unconfined Tests, Hydrometer, Sieve Analysis, Consolidation Tests, Permeability, Concrete Cylinder strength tests as well as Concrete Flexural Strength.
