Dominic Schell has worked on numerous projects providing technical support and assistance to staff and engineers in hot mix asphalt laboratory testing, and field testing of asphalt and soils. He has experience working with a large third-party company Intertek Professional Service Industries, Inc. (PSI), where he provided services testing materials such as concrete, soils, asphalt, mortar, grout testing, also helped with writing reports and doing field inspections.

At CMTG, Dominic has over five years of experience performing quality control (QC) hot mix asphalt laboratory testing on a variety of state, city, and commercial projects. He is also experienced in performing laboratory testing for Superpave hot mix asphalt (HMA) mix designs and analyzed trends between hot mix asphalt constituents and their effect on volumetric properties.
