Collin D. Haahr, E.I.T.

Civil Quality Control Engineer

Collin Haahr performed volumetric lab testing on a wide variety of state, city, and commercial projects for quality control of Superpave and other hot mix asphalt (HMA) designs. He has significant testing experience in performing asphalt binder extraction, asphalt binder grading, aggregate analysis, soil analysis, and pavement performance for many different clients throughout Missouri and surrounding states.

He has developed proficiency in performing hot mix asphalt performance testing such as Hamburg wheel test, semi-circular bending test (SCB), disk-shaped compact tension test (DCT). Collin is also skilled in data analysis, programming in Python, and Visual Basic, and has developed databases and custom scripts in both Python and Visual Basic. He has successfully used his programming background for creating custom databases for managing test results, improving efficiency and reporting data.
