REPRESENTATIVE EXPERIENCE
Honeywell 3D Printed Turbillon Watch – University of Missouri-Kansas City Capstone
As a senior student, designed part iterations and ran cost analysis throughout the project to ensure budgetary requirements were met. A 52-piece, 3D printed watch needed several iteration changes to ensure a runtime of 5 minutes with a +/- 1 second variation for Honeywell.
PAS Technologies – Lock Out/Tag Out (LOTO) Program – Kansas City, MO
As a safety engineering intern, spearheaded the revitalization of the OSHA required LOTO program. OHSA requires that, in the event of a required repair or emergency shut down, specialized equipment needed all energy sources isolated. At PAS Technologies I was able to provide specialized instructions, labeled/secured all energy sources and provided added safety measured to 90% of the equipment versus the prior 20%. Work incidents were reduced by 50%.
PAS Technologies Aircraft Bay Floorplan – Kansas City, MO
As a safety engineering intern, created a floorplan using AutoCAD to assist with equipment consolidation from the aircraft bay. PAS Technologies was closing a smaller warehouse to save on costs and needed to merge the equipment into the main warehouse. To ensure manufacturing efficiency, created said program to ensure optimization of the space and flow once the equipment was incorporated.
